The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, age, a self-rated health level, tobacco status, the amount you want, and the term length. Those six fields go to the carriers' quoting engine to return rates and are not saved by this website. Name, address, phone, and email are not asked for until you apply.

Applying

Once you click Apply, your answers are passed to the carriers' application system, and you continue under that platform's privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), receives and manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, optionally a phone number, your preferred reply method, a subject, and your message. It sends to the agency as email; your address becomes the reply-to field. No copy is kept by this website, no database stores submissions, and no message text is logged. A quick anti-abuse filter runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website counts visitors using first-party, cookieless analytics run from this domain itself. No cookies are stored; two digits of your IP are hidden before storage; referring pages have query strings stripped out; raw logs are removed after 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We do not buy or sell personal data, run ad tracking, or bring in external analytics. The application page is the only place third-party code loads—the carriers' own application software—and it only appears if you navigate there.
